That isn\u2019t just a nice phrase, it\u2019s something I\u2019ve had to learn through experience, and honestly, I\u2019m still figuring it out.<\/p>\n I\u2019ve built things from scratch. I\u2019ve put in the hours. I\u2019ve created products, launched businesses, and crossed finish lines in long-distance races. I\u2019ve achieved goals that mattered to me. But over time, I\u2019ve learned that effort alone won\u2019t carry everything. Embracing growth by letting go of control has often been just as important as showing up.<\/p>\n The most important parts of my life aren\u2019t the wins or the numbers. It\u2019s my walk with God. It\u2019s my family. It\u2019s the peace that comes when I stop trying to hold everything together myself. That shift in focus has changed how I approach both business and life.<\/p>\n Letting go doesn\u2019t mean giving up, it means being honest about what\u2019s actually yours to carry. I still work hard. I still believe in doing things well. But I also believe there\u2019s more at play than just hustle. Sometimes things come together because someone greater is helping behind the scenes. I don\u2019t believe it\u2019s coincidence or luck. I believe God honors the work when it\u2019s paired with faith and trust.<\/p>\n When I\u2019ve tried to do too much or control every piece, it usually leaves me drained. But when I step back, remove distractions, and focus on what matters, that\u2019s when I see real growth.<\/p>\n If you find yourself overwhelmed or pulled in too many directions, take a moment. Ask what you need to let go of. Focus on what matters most and trust that you\u2019re not building alone.<\/p>\n Keep showing up. Keep moving forward. But make space for the help you can\u2019t see and the grace you didn\u2019t earn.
